Summer pasture farms are known as støl. On a round trip through Hallingdal, visit mountain farms where milking, cheese-making, herding, drying hay and feeding animals takes place in magnificent natural surroundings. Several of the farms serve farm fare, and sell sour cream, butter, cheese and sour creambrød, a type of sweet flat-bread.
